  1. Can you please help me? Was in accident, proof of brain damage. Case expired at RAF. Claim against attorneys insurance. Only R116000,00 was paid out. Doctor for insurance took only +- 20 min to examin my injuries. Still on medication. Monies paid out by insurance, not enough. What do I do now?

  3. I have a similar case to the story which appeared in the front page of The Citizen two weeks’ ago “Bladder Blunder Case settled out of court”.
Please advise what are your costs for consultation and if you would be prepared to discuss this with me.

  4. Hi. Can you please helpme? I was in Garden City clinic from 09.04. 2010 for approximately three weeks. I am on discovery’s executive plan, was treated by my psychiatrist for depression. During my stay I also underwent surgery for a urological problem. I recently found out that my psychiatrist’s bill has never been paid by discovery, although I’m fully covered for in hospital treatment. Discovery refuses to pay the bill. They are now saying that I’m only covered for 21 days treatment in hospital, which isn’t stated anywhere on my plan. I was under the impression that I was fully covered whilst in hospital, as I’ve never experienced this problem before.I’m on their top plan, and I feel that I’ve been treated unfairly by my medical aid as they failed to inform me about any ammendments in my plan. Are you able to assist me in this matter, because I don’t have R35 000.00 to pay my psychiatrist. Furthermore I have some more bad news. On the 08 August 2009 I was forced to be discharged at Morningside Medi Clinic. I was told that my medical aid funds were expired, was removed from my bed and told to wait on the bench whilst I arranged for transport. My drip wasn’t removed, for I was told that I’d probably be back the same day, so I was discharged by the ward with a J-Loop in my left hand. I’ve taken a picture of the drip in my hand whilst at home, phoned discovery who informed me that my payments were in advance, and that the clinic had no right to discharge me as no one contacted them. Could you please assist me in thismatter as well, as I’m tired of being mismanaged by my medical aid as well as the professional health teams, who I’ve placed my trust in, who continually mistreats me, seeing as though I am a chronic epileptic. I appreciate you reading my complaint. Please advise me about your costs for consultation if you are prepared to assist me with these matters.

    Thanking you in advance

  5. I have been operated on in June 2010 for a polycistic ovary removal.I was to have my ovaries with the cyst removed via laproscopy and discharged the same day. However, the doctor miatakely nicked my bowels resulting in lots of pain, discomfort and malpractice. I was in ICU for a month,to top it all, a swab was left in me during the operation which left me suffering from Septesemania. Currently I have a colostomy bag on which is extremely painful, and am so weak that I cannot do a reversal as it is a risk on my life.I have a personal email of my detailed encounter,if someone could comeback to me whether my case could be taken on as I am on temporary disability and am not earning my full salary currently.

  6. I had two unsuccessful back operations and I still have the original problem. Would you be able to assist me in this matter?
