   sir,i have a file of about 150 pages of trying to resolf a compensation claim,a claim against the minister of safety and security,and my previous employer for neglegence maybee its so indeed,that a employee cant sue their employer due to the coida act,but when the employer holds back information regarding to a claim at the workmans compensation,then why cant i sue him?and why when the commissioner under the coida act has the authority to force him to give information,they never did for the last16 weeks

   I was in an accident on 5 February 2009.

   I was injured, with bad wounds, legaments was torn.
   Since the accident I’ve been struggling with, head ache, back pains. They found out that my spine moved and my left leg is now shorter than my right leg. I would like to know, will I have a claim, because this is costing me money on medical expenses.

   My husband (38) passed away of organ failure due to septecemia after a colostomy procedure. Thy mistakebly cut his eutera during this procedure. He constantly complained about pain, bloatedness and weakness for days. They repeatedly told him just to get up and eat. He went into septic shock, they operated and realized that a piece of his intestines died causing septesemia. He passed away 2 days later. Could you please assist.
